The California Cabana

Up to 1,600 Standing | 600 Seated. This may range depending on requested floorplan, type of entertainment, games or outside vendors coming in, and preference on amount of open space required for guests to mix & mingle
The venue is designed for seamless event execution with a sand-free beachfront setting and dedicated areas that support a variety of event needs. A raised platform provides a flexible focal point for entertainment, presentations, ceremonies, head tables, or live performances. A fireplace lounge area offers a comfortable seating option for guests during cooler beach evenings, while the full-service bar features two large service areas that help support guest flow and keep the bar as a central gathering point. The venue also includes brand-new private restrooms exclusively for event guests, eliminating the need to share facilities with the public and providing added convenience for every event.
Our only venue exclusively dedicated to private events, offering year-round availability with the flexibility to host celebrations any day of the week.
We typically allow licensed and insured outside vendors for private events. All outside vendors must be submitted to PRJKT for approval prior to booking to ensure alignment with venue standards and operational requirements.
All parking is managed through California State Parks. Private events may pre-book parking directly with State Parks representatives. Otherwise, each vehicle will be charged upon arrival at the parking kiosk prior to entering the parking lots.
